Mostly producing medium & high counts Fang Yuan brand series products for the high-grade hotel & restaurant and for civil use. Made from whole cotton, polyester/cotton or jute/cotton etc., the napkin, tablecloth, bed-sheet, quilt cover, pillowcase and indoor decorative textiles are with varieties of fabric texture and with fabric width up to 3.4 meters, manufactured by use of the advanced weaving and after finishing machines imported from abroad. They are sold well all over China and are exported to more than 10 countries, such as United States, Britain, Japan and France etc. In the same industry in China, the factory is a unique fixed enterprise for manufacturing tourist products, which is named by four state commissions and ministries. Our products are of credible quality, complete standards & colours, and novel design. The products could also be designed and manufactured in various standards & patterns in accordance with customers' requirement.

  The company is situated in NanHe Town XiQing District and covers an area of about 40,000 square meters. That place is one of the best for foreign investment due to its fine surrounding environment, its excellent geographic position and convenient communication.

  The product of the project will be high counts & high density wide breadth big jacquard decorative cloth, and the annual output will be 1.2 million meters. Total investment volume of the project will be US$ 13 million.

  High counts and high density cotton jacquard decorative cloth is made of 60~100 counts cotton high counts yarn, and wrap density plus weft density can be up to 300~350 per inch. The breadth can be more than 3 meters. Floral patterns are designed by CAD and many kinds of texture are combined, which stress manner of jacquard product. Cloth finishing such as no-iron finish, shrink resistant finish, anti-cockle treatment, softening, etc. is processed by advanced after finishing machines and high quality auxiliaries. Thereby, with higher grade, the cloth is not only comfortable and natural as cotton products, but also elegance luxury as silk. The product has passed through local appraisal, and it is of the top level in the Chinese market.

  Now this kind of product can be made only in a few countries in the world. In the market, the price of the imported product is very high, not easy to accept. And the price of the products made in China is lower, suitable for the need of consumer. Now some orders from countries and regions such as Japan, America, are poring in. For the limit of the company's equipment, the output is not high enough to meet the needs of the market. After the electric jacquard loom, high temperature & high pressure beam dyeing machine are imported, the production output and quality can be raised, and the market needs can be met.

  Total investment will be US$ 13 million, including foreign capital US$ 6 million to be imported. Annual output 1.2 million meters. Value of output US$ 7.3 million. Profit and tax US$ 3 million. It is estimated that the investment will be recovered within 5~6 years after the project goes into operation.
