Home
textile industry in Tianjin has a long history. In early
80s’ of last century, the bedsheet of “Feitian” brand
made by Tianjin Fabrics Factory won state silver medal and
well sold in more than 30 countries and regions of the world.
According to expert forecasts, China’s exports of home
textiles will be increased further. The projects of household
textiles in the park are oriented to applying environment
protection fiber and new functional finishing technology. The
products will be of high grade and exported mostly. The three
projects in this part are as follows.
I.
Bed cloth project

II.
Towel and blanket project

2. The products of the project: towel and blanket, decorative
fabrics
3. Production scale: annual output 4.45 million of towels and
blankets, 0.65 million meters of decorative fabrics
4. Annual sales: USD12.49 million
5. Ratio of profit to investment: 14.7%
6. Investment recovery period: 6.87 years

Yarn-dyed fabrics project
1. Total investment of the project: USD63.24 million
2. The products of the project: yarn-dyed fabrics
3. Production scale: annual output 36 million meters
4. Annual sales: USD60.52 million
5. Ratio of profit to investment: 17.79%
6. Investment recovery period: 6.25 years |
