　　项目背景

该企业于99年上半年，采用“绿色技术”成功开发了以全棉高档床上用为主的，经防缩、防绉、柔软高级整理“生态家用纺织品”。通过国家权威研究所检测，该产品生态指标符合国际Oeko Tex标准100的要求，并于99年10月获得中国环境标志产品认证委员会颁发的“中国环境标志产品希望奖”，添补了我国“生态家用纺织品”的空白。

实现该项目可以进一步完善生产环境治理，企业整体得到升级改造，产品与国际市场接轨，并达到国际先进水平。

自90年代以来，“绿色产品”逐渐被市场认可，并成为消费时尚。美国、欧洲、日本等发达国家相继推出“绿色产品”的生态标准，纺织品尤以Oeko Tex标准100最具代表性，目前世界上已有700多家公司获得该标志。生态纺织品是国际纺织技术三大发展趋势之一，其高技术含量具有较高的附加值。随着物质、文化生活水平的提高，及各国政府大力推动“环保”工作，预计生态家用纺织品必将成为家纺消费主流，具有不可估量的市场前景。

Basic condition of the enterprise

Tianjin FeiTian Home Textile Co., Ltd. is one of the large and backbone enterprises in household textiles industry in China. It has STORK 280 rotary screen printing machine imported from Holland, BUSER 280 flat screen printing machine imported from Switzerland, and pretreatment and finish production line for grey fabric, quilt and sewing production line, CAD pattern design, sorting and engraving system that imported from Japan, Germany and Italy, etc. The enterprise produces and sells "Fei Tian" brand 90'' high grade printed decorative fabric, high grade bedding and health care bedding. "Fei Tian" brand products are one of the ten famous brands in China and Tianjin city famous brands, which have won the state high quality medal, state silver medal and golden medal in the international fair.

The products sell well in the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe and Arab, etc. The enterprise adheres to the policy that the customer first, abides by a contract and wants to develop together by mutual benefit with customers from both home and abroad.

Background of the project:

The enterprise has successfully opened "Ecological household textiles" that rely mainly on whole cotton high grade bedding and adopt "green technology" by shrink proof, wrinkle resistance and high grade softening finish in the first half year in 1999. After inspection by the state authoritative research institute, the ecological index of the product has met the requirement of the international Oeko Tex standard. The ecological textiles were awarded "Hope medal of China environment symbol product" made by the China environment symbol product authentication committee in October 1999 and fill the gaps in "ecological household textile" in China.

Attaining the project may further perfect production environment, integrally remold the enterprise, make the product enter into international market and attain international advanced level.

Market condition

Since 90s, "the green product" has gradually approved by the market and become consume fad. The "green product" ecological standards have worked out in succession by the Unite States, Europe and Japan etc. developed countries, the Oeko Tex standard 100 most possess representation for textiles. There are more than 700 companies attaining the symbol in the world at present. The ecological textile is one of the development trends in the international textile technology, and its high technological content has higher extra value. Along with the rising of the substance, culture and living standard, and "environment protection" work pushed by the government of every country, it is estimated that the ecological household textiles will become main stream in consume in the household textile and have inestimable market prospects.
