企业基本情况

　　天津天一纺织集团有限公司始建于1936年，是国有大型骨干企业，现拥有纱锭108576枚；布机1640台，其中喷气织机228台。年产棉纱18400吨，棉布6500万米。本公司坐落在天津市交通主干线--河东区六纬路上，距天津火车站3公里，天津飞机场15公里，交通便利，四通八达，且有铁路专用线一条。本公司拥有各类技术人员300多名，且拥有生产各种纤维产品（纱、布）的成熟工艺及一支操作熟练的技术工人队伍，产品被评为市级名牌产品。本公司拥有自营进出口权和一套完整的销售网络，产品远销国内外，年出口额达2000多万美元。

　　为提高我公司产品档次，适应我国加入WTO后参与国际竞争并立于不败之地，拟生产高档、高附加值的服装面料或特种服装面料。以高支多元混纺纱布为例，充分利用棉、粘胶、涤纶等纤维的不同特性，使纱布不但吸湿透气穿着舒适，而且防皱、免烫、悬垂性好，并且细、薄，不是丝绸胜似丝绸。

　　项目一：本公司拟用1.08万平方米框架结构的四层楼专用厂房及配套通用设备，意向引进2万锭高档精梳纱或多元混纺纱生产线，为织造高档坯布打下基础。生产规模：1597吨/年各类纱，总投资：2102万美元。

　　项目二：本公司计划用5000余平方米厂房，引进喷气织机生产线一条，意向生产高档服装面料坯布。该厂房现已具备（1）与之配套的两个变电站，1600 KW的供电能力及全部照明系统；（2）两套空调室，28万立方米/时的送风量；（3）生产、消防、生活用水和采暖、制冷条件。以上可以全部作为我方投资。生产规模：778万米各类坯布。总投资：1622万美元。

　　项目一预测年销售收入15765万元，利税合计：4456万元/年，投资回收期10年，建设期半年。项目二预计年销售收入34756万元，利税合计：7925万元/年；投资回收期6年，建设期半年。

　　以上两个项目可同时实施，也可任选一个实施，项目不分先后。

  Being built in 1936 and as a big state-owned enterprise, Tianjin Tianyi Textile Group Co., Ltd. possesses 108,576 spinning spindles and 1,640 looms including 228 air-jet looms at present. The company produces 18,400 tons of yarn and 65 million meters of cloth annually. It is situated in the main street of the city-Liuwei Road in Hedong District, 3 kilometers distant from the railway station, 15 kilometers distant from the airport. It has convenient traffic and also has a railway line of its own. The company has technical personnel of about 300 people and many skilled workers, together with techniques of producing yarn and cloth of all kinds of fibers. The company's products have been chosen through appraisal as name brand products of the city, and sold well both home and abroad. Being licensed for self-supporting import & export trade, the company has an integrated network of marketing, and annual value of export is more than US$ 20 million.

  Brief introduction to the projects

  In order to upgrade its products and get vantage point in the international competition after China's entering WTO, the company plans to manufacture high-grade apparel fabric or special apparel fabric with high additional value. Take high-count multi-mixture yarn & fabric as example, they take full advantage of different properties of cotton, viscose fiber, polyester fiber, etc., which makes the fabric moisture absorbent, air permeable, comfortable, crease-resistant, iron free, well drape, thin & fine, and even better than silk though actually they are not silk.

  Project one: The company plans to provide a four-story frame-structure workshop of 10,800 m2 with supporting equipment, in order to introduce a 20,000-spindle production line of high grade combed yarn or multi-mixture yarn, which are as basis of production of high grade gray cloth. Total investment of the project will be US$ 21.02 million and production scale will be annually 1,597 tons of all kinds of yarn.

  Project two: The company plans to provide a workshop of 5,000 m2 and introduce a production line with air-jet looms in order to manufacture gray cloth of high grade apparel fabric. The workshop is equipped with two transformer substations of 1,600 KW power supply and lighting system, two air-conditioning rooms with blast capacity of 280,000 m3 per hour, and water supply for production, fire control and daily life, as well as facilities for heating and cooling. All mentioned above can be as investment of the company. Total investment of the project will be US$ 16.22 million and production scale will be 7.78 million meters of all kinds of gray cloth annually.

  Forecast of the economic benefit

  In the case of project one, sales income will be US$ 19 million/year, total profit & tax will be US$ 5.37 million/year, the construction period will be six months and investment recovery period will be 10 years. In the case of project two, sales income US$ 41.87 million/year, total profit & tax US$ 9.55 million/year, the construction period six months and investment recovery period 6 years.
